Plus Group is an attempt to build a new kind of home-services company from the operating level up. Rather than starting with acquisitions or a theoretical platform, the first step is proving the model inside Grounds+, a productized property-care company. From there, the goal is to turn what works into infrastructure that can support additional focused service brands, including Exterior+ and Construct+.

Sync designs, builds, and manages private operating infrastructure for growing companies. The thesis is simple: every company has an operating system, most just don't own theirs. Sync builds the branded operating layer above the tools a company already pays for, so sales, operations, scheduling, billing, client portals, reporting, and automation live in one system on the company's own domain while Stripe, QuickBooks, and the CRMs keep working underneath. It was built inside a real service company first and runs LawnCheck and Grounds+ today. Every engagement starts with a free Infrastructure Blueprint and grows into an ongoing infrastructure partnership.

Grounds+ started as LawnCheck Landscape, a real crew mowing, plowing, and quoting across Rhode Island's East Bay. Built from a truck and a trailer into a plans business: type your address, see a monthly price, one crew for the whole year. Now it's being rebranded as Grounds+, the productized property-care company that serves as Plus Group's Phase 0.5, where the operating model gets proven before anything else gets built on it.
